I found two fonts that I had forgotten to install a while ago. Both "celtic-y" in theme. I think the celtic knots in the Celtic Decorative Drop Caps font might be a bit too much, but I think the roundness of the Stonecross font works well with the circular aspect of the Seahorse relic.
Or should I just leave it alone?

Also...these are roughs. I would still trace the font, ink it, and then add the textures from the first font.
Also also...I think the kerning between the A and the H in the Stonecross logo needs some work.

Of the two fonts I lean turns the first option (the lowercase celtic-looking one). As a designer that now stares at the space between letters hour after hour after hour (and so on and so on), I would kern the space between the "a" and "h" and the "r" and "s." That stuff just jumps right out at me these days. Otherwise, I bow to your awesomeness.
Hey Michael! Thanks for the suggestions about the kerning. Elliot made the same suggestions on my facebook post. Everyone seems to like the rounder font a lot so I'm going to fix the kerning and switch them out later this week.

I think I agree with Michael, the kerning needs a bit of work.
BUT on that side note, this version looks much better (the first that is), but I worry about the backdrop seeming a bit too playful for the text. Let's see a sample of it with the texture added.
Either way, I think this text fits together better than the previous.

Beautiful, but I prefer the upper font because it seems more in keeping with the Celtic style. BUT, the lower case "e" is the same shape as the partial circle around the seahorse and I'm reading it as ceahorse. It's true for me in the other examples as well, just less so. I think the partial circle might be too strong for the pale type.
